Staffing that adds up. Every shift, not just at the start.

Veln builds and runs teams for logistics, e-commerce and manufacturing. The difference? Our work does not end on the day the contract is signed — we confirm staffing before every shift, respond to absences and account for results every week.

  • Logistics and manufacturing
  • Responsibility after the launch too
  • Live staffing in MyVeln
  • Start with a pilot

We run projects across Poland. The fastest starts are currently in Lower Silesia and Mazovia. We qualify other locations individually for scale, timing and team availability.

A mechanism, not a promise

Four steps we take responsibility for

Delivering people is the beginning. The value is created in step four — in what happens week after week.

1. We get to know your operation

We start on the shop floor, not in a spreadsheet: we look at the workstations, pace, shifts and commutes. We define the profile of people who will actually work out at your site — and say plainly if there is anything we are not sure about.

A team profile matched to your site, not just anyone from a list.

2. We recruit and verify

We reach candidates through multiple channels (including referrals), talk to every person, and check experience, licences and the real commute time. We filter out random people before they set foot on your site.

Fewer people dropping out after the first shift.

3. We launch the team

Documents, medical checks, health and safety and a first-day plan — sorted before the start. New starters know where to come, what to do and who to turn to.

A launch without chaos and without tying up your people more than necessary.

4. We keep it stable

We confirm staffing before each shift, respond to absences with replacements, collect feedback from supervisors and resolve issues before they grow. We review the cooperation every week.

Staffing that adds up — and that you can see live in MyVeln.

Pilot

Do not take our word for it. Test us at a small scale.

Most of our cooperations start with a pilot: a limited number of people, clear metrics, a weekly review and a decision based on numbers.

  1. We get to know your operation

a site visit, workstation profiles, pace, shifts, commutes

  2. We agree the worker profile

hard and soft requirements — together with the shift manager

  3. We choose the starting scale

a small, safe number of people to start — no grand declarations

  4. We recruit and verify

interviews, licences, the real commute time of every person

  5. Onboarding

documents and health and safety before the start, a first-day plan, a coordinator on site

  6. The team starts

first shifts under the eye of a Veln coordinator

  7. Weekly review

attendance, punctuality, quality, replacements — on numbers, not impressions

  8. Decision on scaling

you scale when the results justify it

What we measure in a pilot

We agree them with you before the start — and show them every week, with no whitewashing.

  • shift attendance
  • punctuality
  • quality of work (manager feedback)
  • time to full productivity
  • number and pace of replacements
  • delivery against the requested headcount

We do not promise specific values up front — we promise that you will see them and that we will react before you have to ask. And if we conclude that a team will not be stable under your conditions — we will say so plainly.

Why Veln

No empty promises. Concrete mechanisms.

Six things we take responsibility for. Each answers the question: what does your operation get out of it.

Fast response

We discuss your request straight away with a named account owner — not a call centre.

The staffing problem stops being yours alone to worry about.

Better-matched people

We verify experience, licences and commute before anyone reaches your site.

Less turnover at the start and less time burned training people who will leave.

Prepared for day one

Documents, medical checks, health and safety and a first-day plan — sorted before the first shift.

A launch without chaos and without tying up your people more than necessary.

Stability after go-live

We confirm staffing before each shift, respond to absences with replacements, and review the cooperation weekly.

Staffing adds up — no morning panic and no managing the agency's team on their behalf.

Straight talk

We speak plainly — also when something is going worse, or when we advise against a cheaper option that will not hold a team together.

You know where you stand. No wishful thinking.

In fairness: gig shifts can be fine for simple, one-off jobs. Veln is for something else — teams that are meant to stay and deliver week after week.

How do you control delivery?

Shift staffing, recruitment statuses, documents and reports — live in MyVeln. Plus a permanent operations owner and a weekly review. You do not have to ask for spreadsheets, because you already have them.

How do we limit start-up risk?

A small-scale pilot, metrics agreed before the start, a short test period and zero obligation to scale. We take the risk of the first step on ourselves — you decide on the results.

Formalities?

We operate as a certified employment agency (KRAZ 32854). The contract, worker documentation and hour records — complete and available to you in MyVeln. We pass vendor checks without drama.

For procurement and legal

Need to verify Veln as a supplier?

Registry data, the KRAZ entry, forms of cooperation, billing principles and a document pack — all in one place, prepared for vendor qualification and procurement questionnaires. Ask us and we will send the full pack.

FAQ

Questions we hear from companies

How quickly can you start?

It depends on the role profile, location and scale — and we will not pretend it is always the same. After the first conversation and getting to know your operation, we give you a concrete, realistic start date for your case and we stick to it. The simplest warehouse profiles start fastest.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes — and we usually recommend it. We agree a small starting scale, metrics (attendance, punctuality, quality, replacements) and a weekly review. You decide about scaling based on results, not promises.

We already have an agency. Why would we need a second one?

You do not have to change anything in your current model. We come in as a supplement: peaks, cover, harder profiles, or the second shift nobody wants to staff. Two suppliers also mean security when one of them fails.

What happens when someone does not show up for a shift?

We confirm staffing before the shift, so we know about most absences in advance. We arrange a replacement from a prepared pool and tell you straight away — you do not find out about gaps from the morning walk-round.

How does billing work?

Transparently: a rate agreed up front, billing for hours worked based on time records, one invoice. No hidden costs and no guessing what you are paying for.

Where do you operate?

We run projects across Poland. The fastest starts are currently in Lower Silesia and Mazovia, and we qualify other locations individually for scale, timing and team availability — if we cannot serve your location well, we will say so plainly.
