Do not take our word for it. Test us at a small scale.

Most of our cooperations start with a pilot: a limited number of people, clear metrics, a weekly review and a decision based on numbers. We take the risk of the first step on ourselves.

  1. We get to know your operation

a site visit, workstation profiles, pace, shifts, commutes

  2. We agree the worker profile

hard and soft requirements — together with the shift manager

  3. We choose the starting scale

a small, safe number of people to start — no grand declarations

  4. We recruit and verify

interviews, licences, the real commute time of every person

  5. Onboarding

documents and health and safety before the start, a first-day plan, a coordinator on site

  6. The team starts

first shifts under the eye of a Veln coordinator

  7. Weekly review

attendance, punctuality, quality, replacements — on numbers, not impressions

  8. Decision on scaling

you scale when the results justify it

What we measure in a pilot

We agree them with you before the start — and show them every week, with no whitewashing.

  • shift attendance
  • punctuality
  • quality of work (manager feedback)
  • time to full productivity
  • number and pace of replacements
  • delivery against the requested headcount

We do not promise specific values up front — we promise that you will see them. And if we conclude that a team will not be stable under your conditions, we will say so plainly.

For the board and finance

Terms you know before the start — not after the fact.

A pilot is a decision tool, not a commitment. The scale, duration and metrics are agreed with you, and the terms for scaling and ending are written down up front.

Who the pilot is for

For companies that want to test a supplier on their own data instead of on references: a new line or shift, a supplement to the current agency, a buffer for the season.

Example scale

Usually from a few people on one shift or one line — sized to your operation, not taken from a price list. There is no universal number, because one does not exist.

Duration

Agreed together — long enough to see repeatability, and short enough for the decision to come quickly.

Weekly review

A fixed rhythm: numbers from time records plus the shift manager's observations. We make corrections during the pilot, not after it ends.

Terms for scaling, correction and ending

Written into the pilot agreement before the start. You scale up on results; you end as simply as you began — no loyalty periods.

Responsibility on both sides

Us: recruitment, verification, documents, replacements and a coordinator. You: the realities of the site during the walk-through, access to workstations and feedback in the reviews.

Pilot — weekly review

  • Pilot scaleagreed
  • Metrics (attendance · punctuality)per agreement
  • Weekly reviewscheduled
  • Decision on scalingafter results

Example operational scenario — illustrative data

We do not promise percentages, full staffing or response times up front — we show the process and the agreed metrics, and you judge the outcome on your own data.
