Cooperation stories

Real teams. Real results. No marketing legends.

Three projects described from the inside: what the client ordered, how and when we confirmed it, and what came out of it. Without company names — we are bound by confidentiality clauses. But with the real sequence of events and figures we can prove.

How to check Veln before you decide

We check our own suppliers, so we understand the need for proof. Three routes, from the quickest to the hardest:

A reference call

We put you on the phone with one of our current clients with a similar type of operation. You ask about staffing stability, the response to problems and the credibility of our reporting — with us not taking part in the call.

Vendor verification

Full registration details (KRS, NIP, REGON, KRAZ), documents for the procurement team and availability statuses — on one page, prepared for procurement.

A pilot at your own site

The hardest proof of all: a small group, measurable pass conditions agreed before the start, a scaling decision made once you see the result. You check us on your own data, not on our slides.

This is what the cooperation looks like from the inside

The pattern every launch follows — from the first conversation to scaling. It is the process we run all our projects in logistics and manufacturing with.

01

Getting to know the operation

A conversation and a visit to the site: the profile of the roles, the pace of work, the shift pattern, the health and safety rules, the reality of commuting. On that basis we give a start date we then hold ourselves to.

02

Recruitment for the site

We select people for the specific location and shift hours — verifying the real commuting time and licences (UDT, for example) before we send anyone in, not after the fact.

03

A start with a team leader

The first day follows an agreed plan: who receives the team, who teaches the workstation, what the training looks like. The first weeks decide turnover, so the supervisor keeps a finger on the pulse.

04

Running the team

Staffing confirmed before every shift, replacements from a pool of people who know the site, a weekly review of results. You see staffing and hours live in MyVeln.

05

Scaling after the result

We add further people, shifts or locations in waves — based on data from the pilot and current results, not on promises.

Would you like a reference before you decide?

We understand that — we check our own suppliers too. During the conversation we can put you directly in touch with a reference client, who will describe the cooperation in their own words.
