About Veln

Veln is a Polish employment agency that builds and runs blue-collar teams for logistics, warehousing, e-commerce and manufacturing.

We safeguard the continuity of our clients' operations: we recruit people matched to a specific site, organise the launch, and then — and this is the heart of it — run the team day by day: we confirm staffing, respond to absences and account for results every week. We work mainly in Lower Silesia and Mazovia; the company is headquartered in Wrocław.

We work with our own MyVeln platform: the client sees staffing and recruitment live, the worker has their schedule, hours and documents on their phone, and the candidate tracks the status of their application without calling.
