Co-packing and labelling crews — manual work with a defined standard
Labelling, repacking, promotional sets, kitting — manual work where the daily standard and attendance are what count. We deliver organised crews with a crew leader, not a list of random people.
Veln organises crews for manual work in warehouses and plants: labelling and relabelling of products (including for export markets — codes, language versions), co-packing and promotional sets, repacking, kitting, inspection and sorting. We are a certified employment agency (KRAZ 32854) and we run such projects end to end: from the work profile and the output standard, through recruitment, to daily attendance management.
Campaign work has one trap: it looks simple, so it gets handed to “anyone” — and then the daily standard collapses, because two out of ten people who signed up actually turn up. Our model is different: the standards and the way output is counted are agreed before the start, the team is run by a crew leader, attendance is confirmed before every shift, and a pool of replacements is on standby for gaps. You settle for the result — we make sure the hands are at the workstations.
For companies
Need people for manual operations?
- Output standards and the settlement method agreed before the start — you know what you get for an hour of work.
- A crew leader running the crew: pace, quality, a daily report — without tying up your own people.
- Attendance confirmed before the shift plus a pool of replacements — the campaign does not stop because someone failed to show.
- Flexible scale: from campaigns with a handful of people to teams for a whole season.

Frequently asked questions
How is a co-packing crew different from simply “hiring people” to pack?
Organisation: a crew has a crew leader, an agreed daily standard and a way of reporting output, and attendance is confirmed before every shift. Hiring people without that structure ends with the standard collapsing and your manager babysitting someone else’s team instead of running the operation.
Do you do product labelling for export — codes and language versions?
Yes — projects with individual codes and markings for foreign markets require accuracy and quality control, so we staff them with people proven in manual work, and the crew leader runs ongoing correctness checks. If a project requires a specific language in the team, we build that into the recruitment profile.
How do you set output standards?
Before the start: based on a work sample or your historical data we set a realistic per-person standard and the way it is counted. A standard pulled out of thin air ruins the project for both sides — so we prefer a trial day and hard numbers over promises.
Do you staff short campaigns — a few days long?
Yes, from a few days of repacking to seasonal projects lasting months. On short campaigns the key is a fast, organised start: the work profile, the standard and the crew leader agreed in advance, and the crew briefed on the nature of the work.
Where do you run co-packing projects?
Mainly in Mazowsze (Pruszków, Błonie and around Warszawa) and in Dolny Śląsk (Wrocław and the surrounding area) — that is where we have the deepest pools of proven people. Projects in other locations are launched once we have mapped the local market.

Other Veln locations and specialisations
Location
Pruszków
Pruszków and the warehouse belt along the A2 form one of the densest blue-collar markets in Mazowsze. We recruit locally here — warehouses, order picking, manual work and labelling — and we run the teams after the start.
Specialisation
Warehousing and logistics
Warehouses are our main specialisation: order picking, packing, forklift operators, unloading and stocktaking. We deliver people who know the pace of the work — and we run them after the start.
Location
Warszawa
We staff warehouses and distribution centres in the western part of the Warszawa metropolitan area — where what counts is the candidate’s real commute, not the word “Warszawa” in the job ad.
Specialisation
Manufacturing
We staff production lines, assembly, packing and quality control. We understand that on a production line one missing person can stop everything — so we look after staffing, not just recruitment.
Let us talk about staffing for manual operations
Describe the operation, the shift hours and the scale — we will come back with a specific start plan and a realistic date we hold ourselves to. We usually begin a cooperation with a pilot.
