We recruit pickers, packers, forklift operators with UDT licences (issued by the Polish Office of Technical Inspection), unloading and stocktaking crews — and after the start we run the team: we confirm staffing before every shift, answer absences with replacements and review results every week.
A warehouse is unforgiving: a no-show discovered at 6:00 wrecks the whole shift, a new face every week kills picking rates, and an operator without a valid UDT licence is a legal risk. That is why our process is built around three things: the real commute (checked before anyone is assigned), onboarding with a team leader (the first days decide turnover) and staffing confirmations before the shift (so gaps are patched before they hurt).

What separates a good warehouse staffing agency from an average one?
Three mechanisms: verification of the real commute for your shift hours (the main cause of turnover), onboarding with a team leader in the first days (that is what decides who stays) and accountability for staffing after the start — confirmations before the shift and replacements, not just “sending people”. Those are the three things worth asking any agency about before you sign.
Do your forklift operators hold UDT licences?
We only assign people with verified, valid UDT licences to operator roles — we check the document before the start. For high-rack (VNA) work we say honestly that this is a narrower market and recruitment takes longer.
How do you staff seasonal peaks, for example Q4 in e-commerce?
We plan ahead: the reserve group gets to know the site before the peak, not during it. In peak season several warehouses compete for the same people at once — whoever starts recruiting only at the peak has already lost.
What happens when someone does not turn up for a shift?
We confirm staffing before the shift, so we know about gaps before they hurt. A detected absence triggers a replacement from the pool of people who already know your site. You see the status live in MyVeln.
Do you work three-shift patterns and weekends?
Yes — for night shifts and weekends we select people whose commute genuinely works at those hours, and we stay in contact with the team outside the agency’s office hours too.
How much does an agency warehouse worker cost?
The cost is the worker’s hourly rate plus the agency multiplier covering recruitment, employment, contributions and running the team. We prepare a quote once we know the role and the hours — and we honestly recommend a rate that will genuinely fill the roster at your location.
