Senior Industrial Painter / Senior Industrial Painter — work in an industrial paint shop in Jelcz-Laskowice (Oława district). 11 500 zł gross per month. A position for people who take on the most demanding details and set the quality standard.
What the job involves
You carry out difficult and unusual painting projects, perform touch-ups and corrections, diagnose coating defects and identify their cause — from surface preparation to application parameters. You support and train junior painters and assistants, and assess their readiness for independent work.

Onboarding
BHP safety training and job induction, then familiarization with the full painting system, technical instructions and control cards. Your first days involve verifying your skills on reference parts, then you take on difficult projects and a support role for junior staff.
How we measure quality and performance
- share of parts returned for correction and defects — your own and on the shift
- effectiveness of touch-ups and corrections on the first attempt
- coating compliance with the control card: thickness, coverage, gloss
- meeting the piece plan and material consumption against standard
- progress of trained staff, attendance and compliance with BHP rules
Thresholds and standards are transparent, the same for the entire shift, and you learn them during onboarding.

Jelcz-Laskowice, Oława district — about 30 km from Wrocław, about 12 km from Oława. Accessible by car and suburban transport.
