Industrial painter — independent work in an industrial paint shop in Jelcz-Laskowice (Oława district). 10 000 zł gross per month. We're looking for people who can work with a spray gun or pump without supervision.
What the job involves
You paint independently — using a spray gun or pump — single and multi-colour parts, in matt, semi-matt and gloss finishes. You work according to technical instructions: you set the parameters, prepare the mixture, check coating thickness and appearance. You're responsible for quality control of your parts and for rinsing and maintaining the equipment.

Induction
BHP safety training and position instruction, then introduction to technical instructions, the painting system and control cards. You paint your first parts with quality verification by the team leader, then you move to full independence.
How we measure quality and output
- share of parts returned for rework and defects
- achieving your daily piece target
- coating compliance with control card: thickness, coverage, gloss
- material consumption against standard
- attendance, punctuality and BHP safety compliance
Targets and standards are transparent, the same for everyone on your shift, and you'll learn them during induction.
Bonuses
Bonuses are available for quality, output, attendance and BHP safety. Terms and amounts are confirmed before you start.
Location
Jelcz-Laskowice, Oława district — about 30 km from Wrocław, about 12 km from Oława. Travel by car and local public transport.
