Painter's Assistant – Jelcz-Laskowice

Painter's helper — work in an industrial paint shop in Jelcz-Laskowice (Oława district). from 6 000 zł gross monthly. No experience required — you learn the trade from scratch under an experienced painter.

What the job involves

You prepare parts for painting: sanding, filling, matting and masking surfaces that should not be covered with paint. You help the painter at the workstation, hand over and collect parts, keep the equipment and workplace clean. You gradually learn to work with a spray gun.

Onboarding

You start with health and safety training and workstation instruction. For the first few days you work under the eye of an experienced painter — they show you surface preparation, how to choose sandpaper, matting and masking technique. The next stage is learning to use the spray gun on test parts. At each stage you know what you need to be able to do to move forward.

How we measure quality and performance

• number of parts returned for rework after your preparation
• meeting the daily production target
• compliance with technical instructions and quality control sheet
• attendance, punctuality and tidiness at your workstation
• following health and safety rules and using protective equipment

Targets and standards are public, the same for the whole shift, and you learn them during onboarding.

Bonuses

There is a possibility of bonuses for quality, performance, attendance and health and safety. We confirm the terms and amounts before you start.

Location

Jelcz-Laskowice, Oława district — about 30 km from Wrocław, about 12 km from Oława. You can drive or use suburban transport.
