Junior industrial painter / Junior industrial painter (female) — work in an industrial paint shop in Jelcz-Laskowice (Oława district). 7 066 zł gross per month. We're looking for people with basic spray gun experience who want to become fully independent.
What the job involves
You apply undercoats and paint simpler parts using the wet method. You prepare the surface and mix according to instructions, check the result after application and report any deviations. You look after the equipment — rinsing the spray gun and keeping your station clean are part of the job.

Induction
You start with BHP safety training and job instruction, then work on trial parts under the eye of an experienced painter. You learn how to set spray gun parameters, prepare the mix and assess the coating. We expand your independent responsibilities step by step — you know what you need to master before each next step.

- daily output target achieved
- compliance with technical instruction and quality control card
- material usage against standard
- attendance, punctuality and BHP rules compliance
Targets and standards are transparent, the same for everyone on your shift, and you learn them during induction.
Bonuses
Bonuses are available for quality, productivity, attendance and BHP. We confirm the rules and amounts before you start.
Location
Jelcz-Laskowice, Oława district — about 30 km from Wrocław, about 12 km from Oława. You can get there by car or suburban bus.
