How it works — 4 steps
Send the invitation
On the job offer page (the “Refer a friend” button) you give your own first name and phone number, plus your friend’s first name and phone number. Your friend receives a single SMS with the job offer and your name.
Your friend applies
The application takes them about 2 minutes — no CV needed. Your referral is linked to their application automatically.
Your friend works — you earn
Bonuses are calculated for the hours they actually work, threshold by threshold. The first payout usually comes after about a month of your friend’s work.
You follow it all live
Once you send the invitation you get a link to your bonus panel — you see your friend’s status (invitation → application → work) and your own accruals.
Programme rules
The full, honest rules — no small print. These are the rules that apply when bonuses are calculated and paid.
- The bonus is calculated for the hours actually worked by the referred person, according to the thresholds shown in your bonus panel — up to 2100 zł gross in total for one referred person.
- Anyone of legal age can refer someone. You do not have to work at Veln in order to refer.
- We send the SMS invitation to Polish phone numbers only. If your friend has a foreign number, you can pass your referral link to them directly.
- Before you give your friend’s number, you must have their consent — you confirm this when sending. Your friend receives one SMS; we send them nothing further unless they take action themselves.
- One active referral per phone number. You cannot refer yourself. A referral is valid for 90 days from the moment the invitation is sent.
- If the referred person is already in our database or in an ongoing recruitment process, the bonus may not be due — we verify every case honestly before paying out.
- We pay bonuses on the basis of the hour records from our projects, after verification. The amounts are gross amounts.
- The data controller is Veln sp. z o.o. (KRAZ 32854). We use your friend’s number solely for the one-off invitation; your own data — to run the programme and pay out the bonus.
- The programme runs until further notice. We will announce any material changes to the rules on this page — changes do not apply retroactively to bonuses already accrued.

How much can I earn on one referral?
Up to 2100 zł gross in total for one referred person. The bonus grows in thresholds along with the hours your friend works — you can see the exact thresholds and your own accruals in the bonus panel.
When will I get my first bonus?
The first bonus is calculated once your friend reaches the first hours threshold — usually after about a month of their work. Payout follows verification of the hour records.
Do I have to work at Veln in order to refer someone?
No. Anyone of legal age can refer — all you need is your own first name and phone number, and your friend’s.
How many people can I refer?
You can refer many people — each of them means a separate set of bonuses. There is a daily limit on invitations (protection against spam) and one active referral per phone number.
Where do I track the status and the money?
After sending the invitation you receive a link to your bonus panel by SMS — that is where you see your friend’s status and your accruals. Save that link.
