What the job involves
You finish composite parts: grinding, matting and surface finishing using pneumatic tools. You inspect parts for defects, assess the quality of your work and report deviations. You look after your tools and keep your workstation clean.

Induction
BHP and workstation training, then you learn to use pneumatic tools and grinding technique working alongside an experienced worker. You learn to spot surface defects and use the quality control card.
How we measure quality and output
- share of parts returned for rework
- daily piece target completion
- finishing matches quality control card
- attendance, punctuality and workstation cleanliness
- BHP rules and correct use of protective equipment
Targets and standards are public, the same for everyone on your shift, and you learn them during induction.
Bonuses
Bonuses are available for quality, output, attendance and BHP. Terms and amounts are confirmed before you start.

Stanowice near Oława, Oława district — a few kilometres from Oława, around 30 km from Wrocław. You can drive or use suburban public transport.
