What the job involves
You assemble elements according to 2D technical drawings, prepare surfaces and make glued joints. You work with power tools and a torque wrench — keeping the set tightening torques. You check that the work matches the documentation.

Induction
Health and safety training and workstation instruction, then learning to read 2D drawings, gluing technology and torque wrench operation under the eye of an experienced assembler. Your first jobs you do with verification by the foreman.
How we measure quality and output
- assembly matches the drawing and documentation
- correctness of glued joints and tightening torques
- share of parts sent back for correction
- completion of daily output target
- attendance, punctuality and following health and safety rules
The thresholds and standards are clear, the same for everyone on the shift, and you learn them during induction.
