What does an hour of work really cost?
An employee’s hourly rate is not the cost of that employee. Below is a breakdown into components and a comparison with the agency model - on the contribution rates in force, not on guesswork.

- For larger teams the hourly rate goes down - ask about the threshold.
How we calculate: employer-side social contributions at the statutory rates - pension 9,76%, disability 6,50%, accident 0,67-3,33% (depends on the business classification, PKD), Labour Fund (Fundusz Pracy) 2,45%, guaranteed employee benefits fund (FGŚP) 0,10%. Recruitment and HR handling are spread over the working hours of the whole team. If you fill in the site-specific section (cold storage, accommodation, transport, other), we add those in just as honestly - only on your numbers. The calculator does not include the cost of unfilled shifts, the drop in pace while new people are being onboarded or your supervisors' time - in practice these push the cost of employing people yourself higher. This is a comparison tool, not an offer and not tax advice.
