Food Production Worker / Packer – Moszna-Parcela

We are looking for women and men to work at a food production plant in Moszna-Parcela (MLP Pruszków II), near Warsaw. The company is moving production to a new plant and is hiring more people for the long term. No experience is required — everything is taught on site.

What the job involves

You work on preparing meals on the production line, on packing, or in the warehouse. The work is repetitive, so you quickly settle into a rhythm. Some halls are chilled, others are warmer — the plant provides warm clothing. Loads are occasionally up to 10–15 kg; heavier items are moved by two people.

Working hours and days

One 8-hour shift: 6:00–14:00 or 8:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. Those who want to can stay longer. Weekends only during larger campaigns.

Starting

First, a short introductory visit to the plant, and you start work the next day. On your first day you go through job-station training and health and safety (BHP) training.

Pay

• 31,40 zł gross for every hour worked
• In a full month (about 168 h) that is over 5200 zł gross, more with overtime
• Possibility of promotion to team leader with a higher rate
• 200 zł monthly bonus for attendance on all shifts in the month
• 300 zł start bonus after working the first month — in the first month, up to 500 zł extra
• Civil law contract (umowa zlecenie) with Veln

Transport

Free coach to the plant:

• Warsaw, ul. Łopuszańska — departs at 6:30, goes straight to the plant, with no stops on the way
• Brwinów — separate run at about 7:00

What you need

• Current sanitary-epidemiological medical certificate, or willingness to get one
• Communicative Polish or English
• Aged 18 or over
