Steel Structure Fitter (male/female) – Źródła near Wrocław

Steel structure assembler (male or female) — production work in an assembly hall in Źródła, near Wrocław (about 15 km from the city). 36,00 zł/h gross, two shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. We organise the transport from Wrocław.

What the job involves

You assemble ready-made, painted or galvanised steel parts into larger units — following a drawing and a picture-based instruction that shows step by step which part goes where and which bolt to use. You tighten with a screwdriver, rivet with a pneumatic riveter, thread holes, sometimes sand something down or fix paint after transport. Larger frames are assembled by two people. The workstation, tools and full set of bolts are prepared in advance — the forklift driver sets them up. The team leader checks the first piece from each batch, then checks back every 30–60 minutes.

Every project is different, so nobody expects you to already know it — what matters is that you can handle the tools and work according to the instructions. Parts weigh up to 30 kg.

Hours and working days

Two shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, rotated every week. Minimum 180 hours per month. Overtime and Saturdays are available for those who want them. Demand is steady, with no seasonal downtime.

Pay

• 36,00 zł gross for every hour worked
• Civil law contract (umowa zlecenie) with Veln, punctual payments
• At 180 h this is 6 480 zł gross per month, more with overtime and Saturdays

Onboarding

On your first day you have health and safety training (BHP) and on-site instruction, you collect your tools and join an experienced team that shows you how to read the instructions and how the team works. The first month is a probation period — we assess each other.

Getting there

The hall is in Źródła, about 15 km west of Wrocław. We organise transport from Wrocław — the pickup point and times are given when you confirm your start. If you drive yourself: parking on site.

Conditions on site

The hall is heated in winter. Changing room with lockers, canteen with fridge and microwave, a snack bar arrives in the morning. You register your entries and exits with a card.

Start date

Start planned for November 2026 — we are recruiting now, and the exact date is confirmed in your interview with the recruiter.

What you need

• You can operate an angle grinder, screwdriver, pneumatic riveter and drill
• You can read simple drawings and picture-based instructions (or you will learn quickly)
• Physical fitness — parts up to 30 kg, assembly in pairs
• Accuracy and working to instructions
• Availability for two shifts, 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00
• Experience in production or assembly is welcome but not required
• Knowledge of Polish is not required — many people from Ukraine work in the team
