Temporary work (praca tymczasowa)
Employees hired by Veln and assigned to work under your supervision. It works well where demand fluctuates and where the work is carried out under the client’s day-to-day instructions.
Outsourcing of task delivery
Veln is accountable for delivering an agreed scope of work with its own team and its own supervision. It works well for separated processes with a measurable result.
Buffer / second agency
An addition to your current supplier: a group prepared in advance for peaks, absences and emergencies — without replacing the incumbent and without exclusivity.
We match the form of cooperation to the nature of the work and to the legal requirements on the client’s side — the detailed division of responsibilities is set out in the contract. The description above is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice.
Common to all the models: settlement for the hours worked on the basis of the hour records; an invoice weekly or every 7–14 days. A transparent calculation: the full cost breakdown, before you sign. We write KPIs and standards into the contract — we accept having our work measured.
Which model do you need?
Most often we start with a pilot in the model that fits the nature of the work — and the form can be changed once the cooperation develops.
